  • Threat protection: Skyhigh applies machine learning algorithms and cross references behavior across multiple applications, analyzing billions of events to highlight a handful of real threats. For example, the platform would recognize heightened risk if an employee downloaded an abnormally large amount of data from Salesforce and accessed a high-risk file sharing application in the same day.
  • DLP: Skyhigh has its own cloud DLP engine with fingerprinting capabilities and also integrates with on-premises DLP providers to extend existing policies. For example, if an employee uploads a file containing confidential intellectual property to SharePoint Online, Skyhigh's platform could block the upload, quarantine the file, and notify a cloud security administrator.
  • Compliance: Skyhigh provides compliance policies tailored for different requirements like PCI or HIPAA and has a dedicated GDPR tool for companies regulated by the EU data protection law.
