Company Description

SecureWorks’ corporate headquarters are located in Atlanta, with offices in London, Edinburgh, Sydney and Tokyo. Services are delivered from three 24/7 security operations centers (SOCs) in the U.S. (Atlanta, Chicago and Providence, Rhode Island); one 24/7 SOC in Edinburgh, Scotland; and one 24/7 SOC in Kawasaki, Japan. The SOCs are supported by a center of excellence in Romania that is focused on customer device management and new service innovation.

Service Description

Secureworks offers security services through its Counter Threat Appliance (CTA) and Counter Threat Platform (CTP). Services are accessed via the Secureworks Client Portal. Host and network-based advanced threat detection occur via Secureworks’ Advanced Endpoint Threat Detection (AETD) service. It offers Advanced Malware Protection and Detection (AMPD) in partnership with Lastline. Additional services, such as vulnerability scanning and advanced threat intelligence, are also available.

Gartner named Secureworks as a Leader in its Magic Quadrant. The analyst firm said it can monitor both AWS and Azure environments, but it lacks support for software as a service (SaaS) solutions like Box, Dropbox and Workday.
