The Rsam platform’s strengths lie with input, output, distribution, and communication. It collects data in almost any format (structured or unstructured) from multiple platforms (e.g., financial, ITSM, security, third-party risk intelligence feeds) and leverages it throughout various functions and modules. Customers use this data to identify, analyze, and manage risk. Modules include audit management, business continuity, compliance, exception management, policy management, vulnerability management, vendor risk management, risk management, security incident response and regulatory change.
