According to The Washington Post, EMC Corporation stated this week during an earnings call that it spent $66 million in the second quarter to recover from a cyber attack on RSA.

"The money went towards monitoring the accounts of their corporate customers and replacing tokens to companies that requested them," writes Threatpost's Christopher Brook.

"'We incurred an accrued cost associated with investigating the attack, hardening our systems and working with customers to implement our remediation programs,' said EMC’s executive vice president David Goluden in the call," Brook writes.
