Columnist Kenneth van Wyk has said before that he's more secure on a Mac than on a Windows PC. But now that we have a couple of new(ish) kids in town--Windows 7 and Snow Leopard--he thought it only fair to see if that statement still holds true.

The short version? After using Snow Leopard for a few months, and taking Windows 7 for a good spin, van Wyk says in the Mac versus PC debate, he's till siding with Mac--at least when it comes to security (or, to be more specific, to "safety.")

For a look at van Wyk's full analysis of the two competing operating systems, read, "Windows 7 vs. Snow Leopard: Which is More Secure?" at our sister site, Datamation.
