Sophos researchers have discovered a spam campaign which claims that the recipient's credit card has been blocked, and attempts to deliver malware via an attachment.

"Sophos products intercept the malicious emails and the attachment as Mal/RarMal-C and Troj/Bredo-IZ," writes Sophos' Graham Cluley.

"If you receive an email claiming that your credit card has been blocked -- treat it with suspicion," Cluley writes.
