The Mozilla Foundation has released an update to Thunderbird.
"In version 3.0.2, the developers have closed several critical holes that can be exploited to compromise a system," according to The H Security.
"The developers fixed several bugs in the IMAP protocol implementation and improved the program's overall stability," the article states. "They also solved various problems when upgrading from Thunderbird 2 to Thunderbird 3 which previously caused the software to delete subdirectories that contained certain special characters."
