Following President Obama's State of the Union address this week, the Web sites of 49 members of the U.S. House of Representatives were defaced.

"The 49 House Web sites, representing both Democrats and Republicans, were managed by a company called GovTrends," writes CNET News' Elinor Mills.

"The hacking occurred while GovTrends was performing an update," Mills writes.
