The Irish discussion forum boards.ie has reset its users' passwords after an attack compromised member credentials.
"The site was taken offline for several hours on Thursday," writes The Register's John Leyden. "Tom Murphy, boards.ie's co-founder, blamed overseas crackers for a hack."
"Boards.ie was launched in 1998 and has an estimated 220,000 registered users," Leyden writes.
