Expanding its footprint in Europe, SecureWorks has announced its acquisition of UK-based DNS Ltd.

“The acquisition, made for an undisclosed sum, expands SecureWorks global operations and service offerings to include a UK-based Security Operations Center; offices in London and Edinburgh; an Identity and Access Management Practice; and additional sales, security and management staff dedicated to growing revenues in the UK and Europe,” writes eWeek’s Brian Pence.

“DNS specializes in managed security services,” Pence notes. “In particular, SecureWorks highlighted the company’s identity and access management service, which is now part of the SecureWorks portfolio.”
