W32/Obfuscated.XZ is a Trojan that infects Windows systems.

Upon execution, the trojan drops a copy itself as a backup in Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data folder and deletes the original file.

The trojan disables the Task Manager.

The trojan also tries to download an adware CAnitivirus_Installer.exe from hxxp://antispyware-reviews.biz/?wmid=4663&pwebmid=XQcoP2rR2W.
