Asprox.A is a Trojan that uses a proxy server to prevent itself from being tracked, as through this type of servers direct connections in the remote services are avoided.

This way, Asprox.A could obtain information from the computer and send it to its creator and the IP address to which it has been sent could not be discovered.

Asprox.A does not spread automatically by its own means. It needs an attacking user's intervention in order to reach the affected computer.
